The RSVP deadline is August 15, 2023. Please RSVP by mailing the RSVP postcard included with your formal invitation.

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only accommodate those listed on the formal invitations. 

While we love your children, our wedding will be adults-only. Please plan on arranging for your children to have a fun, parent-free day, so you can relax and enjoy our special day.  

The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort is handicap accessible. There is an elevator to take guests from the ground level to the main level, where the reception will take place. 

Since the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on the Grand Lawn, arrangements can be made to transport guests via golf carts to and from the inn or parking lot areas to the ceremony and cocktail hour seating areas. 

The ceremony and cocktail hour will both be outdoors. The ceremony will be on the Grand Lawn, which is an open air area. The cocktail hour will also be outdoors, but in a covered pavilion. The reception will take place inside the main inn. Please dress accordingly for the outdoor activities. 

Cocktail attire is preferred.

Of course! There is a block of rooms available at the Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort for any guests wishing to spend a night or two. To book a room, please call 800-SHAWNEE and mention the Reed/Rossi wedding to get a special room rate. The room block is available from Friday October 6 through the night of Sunday October 8.
